Executive performance
When a deal has a different supplier-side executive from the client-side one, FCL, USD and tons are split 50/50 between them so both get credit and the totals across executives still add up to the real portfolio. This blending only applies here — Monthly Progress and Yearly Goals always count each deal's full value once, since those track the company total, not individual credit.

Add a deal
Saved deals are added straight to the Deal Log
Contract #, Client executive, Client and FCL are the minimum needed to log a deal — everything else can be filled in later by editing the row in the Deal Log. Leave Supplier executive blank if the same person handled both sides. Pick "Mixed" or "Other" for Product, Origin or Destination if nothing in the list fits, and specify the detail in the box that appears.
